The Association is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the membership. The Board is responsible for setting policy, approving budgets, and ensuring the Association fulfills its legal and fiduciary obligations.
Board meetings are conducted in accordance with Arizona open meeting requirements and the Association's Bylaws.
